Is it common for obgyn not to see you at all until after the first app? I had some stomach issues and called my doctor, they said couldn't help me because I wasn't a patient yet
Sounds about right. My family doctor told me to call her office if I needed anything because I wasn't considered to be the ob's patient until they have seen me. If your stomach issues weren't pregnancy related then your PCP or GP would be the one to call anyway.
Thanks for the advice ladies! Whatever I was feeling has passed so for now I'm good to go. My first appt is not until April 10th! Will I have a ultrasound done at that time? Or is that different from doctor to doctor?

Differs doctor to doctor, but standard care for pregnancy is only one u/s at 20wks (anatomy scan) plus the NT scan if you opt for that at 12 weeks. You may have more if don't know when you conceived/had irregular cycles prior to your BFP, have had multiple losses, or develop complications that make you a high-risk pregnancy.
