Flying with LO

We are taking a trip across country in a month. For those that have flown with a baby, any advice? What essentials do we need and what isn't worth the money or the trouble? LO will be 22 weeks when we fly.

    That was my thread and I just flew with LO - bring lots of extra clothes for you and baby, my little man spit up all down my shirt and peed through his outfit two times! Also, bring extra diapers in case of delays, we were delayed four hours. That being said, it was really pretty easy to fly with LO!
