Prelimenary top 2 girl names

It's early days still (will find out the sex next month), but I think we're down to our top 2 girl names.

We like classic but underused names, short (2-3 syllables max), and must sound good in English and French. MN will be Myfanwy (muh-van-wee, after my grandmother). LN sounds like Pannobello.

Oh I have always loved Gloria ever since reading all the Frances books. Also like Glory for a nn. Zara is pretty but Gloria feels fresh and less trendy.

They are both nice, but I voted Zara because it feels a little... fresher? to me. Maybe it's just me, but Gloria feels a bit dated since the only ones I can think of are middle aged. I'm sure I would grow to like it on a baby/toddler though

I voted for Zara.  There is a little girl in DS's daycare class named Zara and it seems fresh and spunky to me.

I like Gloria too, but it reminds me of Modern Family.

Not weird at all! I think I am leaning towards Zara, which is so funny for me cause it wasn't even on our radar 2 months ago, let alone for my last pregnancy.
