Does anyone have Dr. Spergel or Dr. Cervone?

What are your thoughts if you do?
I have seen both and looks like they only delivery at Magee right now. I live in Coal Center so that is a very long commute to hospital once I go into labor. Hoping its not during rush hour because it can be a 2 hour drive.

    Hey.. no help yet but just saw that you posted on one of the boards. Glad everything is ok! I hardly see anyone from Pittsburgh on them :)

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    I had Dr. Spregel...he was awful.  He called me at work to tell me my us came back bad and my baby was dead..his exact words.  That was my first pregnancy and he completely left a bad taste in my mouth.  Then before he did my D&C he thought he'd crack jokes in the pre-op room.  Completely unprofessional!  I have since moved to west penn obgyn and they are fantastic!  I live in Perryopolis so its quite a hike for me too, but worth it in my opinion!

    I'm also from the Mon Valley. I see Dr. Corey with Magee womancare. He has a very calm and gentle demeanor, and is always quick to return any calls I have with any concerns. They have an office in pleasant hills and at Magee, although I usually just make the trip to Magee for my appointments. My experience at Magee has also been good so far. I recently spent some time in the ER for dehydration, and the staff was great. I could have gone to a closer hospital, but I felt better going there. What way do you usually go to Magee? Do you take 885 to the South Side and cross the Hot Metal Bridge? After trying several options, that way is definitely the fastest. Besides that, I think us Valley girls have few options. I know a few people who delivered out of Washington with the Washington OBGYN group and liked it. Or what about Uniontown?
