make your own coconut oil!

one of my cute little elderly cambodian client was just in my office telling me how to make her own coconut oil!  I'm going to try it over the weekend, it seems pretty easy.

shred a real coconut

fill a bowl of shredded coconut with water and squeeze all of the water out and repeat until the water is clear

simmer water on md/low until it is brownish .. not very brown or it'll smell

and that's that!  I mean this seems pretty self explanatory but i'd figure i'd pass it along..she uses it in her hair and on her lips!

Yep too lazy here. It's not that expensive so I'd rather just buy it lol.
