Ticker help

I'm trying to figure out how to post a ticker for the IF Fitness Friday Challenge (or whatever it's gonna be called!!). Anyone have any tips? I made one as a trial, but can't get the thing to show up in my siggy. Do I need to add it like a picture? Or a link? Or am I missing something?? Thanks for the help!!

Okay, so I got it to work as a linked image, but nothing else worked. I haven't figured out how people have their images stacked side by side, though. Can anyone help with that?

I just made one.. Hoping it is there. When it gave me the option to add to a blog I copied the whole thing but only inserted the website with the .png at the end and added it like I would a picture. I used my fitness pal.

YES!!!! Got it!! I went to alternatickers.com and created a countdown ticker - lots of choices for backgrounds and icons. It's just a three step process, then it gives you two grab codes. I used part of the code for "Stick your ticker in your sig file." The full code says:

[URL=https://alterna-tickers.com][IMG]https://alterna-tickers.com/tickers/generated_tickers/5/51knbiea3.png[/IMG][/URL]

BUT you only need to copy it from 

https://alterna-tickers.com/tickers/generated_tickers/5/51knbiea3.png

Leave out all of the [bracketed] nonsense. 

Then you just add it to your siggy the same way you would add a picture.
