That was my thought too! There were like five or six more kids with totally normal names, but I couldn't remember what they were.
For perspective, this class was at an Arts Focus Elementary in a very young urban colorful neighborhood in Portland, OR. They have a school garden complete with chickens. So really, that many kids with odd names isn't that surprising.

I think we discussed Portland in a thread the other day. Maybe we should take a board-trip to Portland.
ETA: And I'm required to say that "the dream of the 90s is alive in Portland."
That was also my thread (I think, unless others are talking about Portland) with the kids names No.va, Zap.pa and I.sis. It's AMAZING some of the odd names you come across here.
Board trip sounds totally necessary! You can all sleep at my house! (Except that I like in a tiny 2bd apartment. Haha!)

PORTLAND IS AMAZING! My mom is from there & I still have tons of family there - we spent many summer vacations in Milwaukie. Board field trip??? This is one of the best ideas I've ever heard.
Yes, Portland IS amazing! We love it so much here and can't imagine living anywhere else.

Yeah, that's the post I was referencing.
Thanks for sharing the photos. I think I'd like Portland.
Re: Names from a kindergarten class
@Mjreilly2 The Ra.zza name was written in purple, and it seemed all the girls were in pink/purple and boys in blue/green, so I am assuming girl.
