So I have an old acquaintance that I am friends with on FB. She is due with a baby boy in mid march- I think the 16 or 17. She had a cervical check last Wednesday, and posted on FB that she was a 5, and 90% effaced. (Over share? Yes. Also mentioned that she had her membranes stripped and that she passed her plug later that day.) anyway, that day she kept posting about how she was just sure that she was going to have the baby that night. Like she posted a pic of her dog saying 'bella has been so clingy today, I think she knows it's go time!'

Anyway, that was 4 days ago and she's still pregnant (hehe) and posting about how she's tried everything under the sun to get this baby out, and she can't believe she's still pregnant, blah blah blah. It's so ridiculous! She has ALMOST 3 WEEKS LEFT! Anyway, on her latest post i commented and asked her if the baby was past due. I know it's not, but I just wanted to point it out

But I remember all too well that desperate "get this baby out of me" at 37 weeks. God those last 3 weeks were loooonnngggg. So I can relate to her wishful thinking hahah

I would post a superinformative article about the benefits of babies gestating as close to 40 weeks as possible.

Kidding. But I had a fb friend like that. It was so annoying. I maybe posted about my pregnancy twice on my fb. Nor did I post that I was in labor/progress/whatever. I'm super 200+ people really give a shit.

The last month of my pregnancy people kept giving me "tips" on getting the baby out early. It drove me crazy. People found it odd that I would say I wanted him to stay as long as he needed!

Also that girl is a major over-sharer. Facebook needs a TMI button!
