Sib set for Tova

I could use some help coming up with girl names that would work with my daughter's name, Tova. We tend to like shorter names that are easy to spell but we definitely don't like names that are super popular. We would really like the name to have either Hebrew or Scandinavian meaning. When we found the name Tova last time, we were thrilled because it has meaning for both of our heritages and was just perfect. We are coming up blank second time around though for girl names. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
