Just came across this article and it got me thinking. I have a Bjorn that we've use twice, but I think I'll do some more research before using it again.
I studied pediatric abnormalities for rehabilitation, I'm not an expert but as said by pp's as long as it's for stretches of 20 mins or less there is no issue. It's the same recommendation for jumpers and exocausers.
