Weekend plans?

I know some of us have had a pretty rough week and some have had a really exciting week. With that being said, is anyone doing anything to help them relax or maybe celebrate? I have my tubal ligation surgery next Wednesday so I am treating myself and my best friend to a message at a winery along with some wine tasting, and lunch. Just trying to get in the right frame of mind before everything starts going down, what about you ladies?

I have a music rehearsal on Saturday morning, then will probably just chill the rest of the day. On Sunday, I'm going to a baby shower which around these parts, I know, sounds pretty awful. But the mom-to-be is an IF success story, and I'll be going with a few other girls from our support group. So it should be fun!

We had such a stressful week waiting for fert reports, and now that we got the good news (we have a frosty!!!!), I feel like you can throw anything my way and it won't matter Though I'm looking forward to relaxing because I'm just exhausted!!

As for me, I'll be resting. Today is 2dpt and I'm not doing much. I have to do my Granny's hair for her 90th birthday & celebrate with her, but that's the highlight!
I've also taken Monday off and half day on Tuesday. I don't feel like I can be too cautious! Long weekend here with my Netflix queue!!! Orange is the New Black and I have a hot date!

I am taking the confirmation kids (8th & 9th graders) from my church on a retreat. I do this a few times a year for confirmation, the middle school youth group and the high school youth group. I look forward to these weekends so much and will be sad when I can't go anymore because of a baby at home (but can't wait for that either!).

Our house is back on the market again and we have our first showing tomorrow morning!! (fx we sale this year!). Sunday we are having a friend over for dinner. Other then that not much! Have a great weekend everyone!!

Throwing a 30th bday party for my bestie who is going to announce to everyone she is preggo. Sigh. Sunday we leave for NYC to start our stims Monday. Hoping my bestie and I are preggo together soon. Rough IF week and hoping we all have a better weekend!!!!!

Wow, massages & wine sound fabulous!!

Hubby & I are taking a mini vaca to the river this weekend for some relaxation.  It is supposed to be 80 degrees here tomorrow so I'm sure the dogs will love splashing in the water!

jlr96 will have - I am in Boston where it is a balmy 23 degrees with a feels like 16 after windchill!

DH has been traveling since Sunday so we are going out to dinner tonight.  

Tomorrow we have my aunt and uncle's surprise 25th anniversary party out in the 'burbs.  Looking forward to seeing the family and friends there (technically my dad's cousin but in my culture that is still considered an uncle).  While my RE has said it is ok if I have a glass of wine, I will probably just hold a glass and have a few sips - I don't want to risk anything.  If I turn down any wine that will raise a LOT of eyebrows (out of the family, only my parents and sister and BIL know we are doing IVF).

Triggering tonight, gonna waddle around like a duck some more tomorrow (today is day 11 of stims) and then have my retrival on Sunday morning. Hopefully not spend rest of Sunday crying. :-) It's raining in CA which is awesome, we need it with the drought. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!
