Can I cry here?

My doctor just called me, they finally got the pathology report on Jonah back. I had talked to my doctor about the possibility of trisomy 18, based on the physical description I received on him, and she agreed that was probably what we were looking at. As it turns out, there were no genetic abnormalities. Jonah was perfect. There is no reason why we lost him. Not having any answers make the hurt so much worse. I was moving on, now I'm back to square one. He's gone and there's no reason for it.
