im so over baby names...

I went through the top 1000 like posters suggested to find a name for our little man and this is what I came up with..

Levi
Xavier
Hudson
Xander
Caiden
Armani
Cale
Luca
Carter

But my DH hates all of them except MAYBE Carter he said. Ugh. What am I missing. Is there some magic baby name site out there I'm not aware of?

What do you ladies think of these names with the middle name Alexander?

Our DS is Xavier (pronounced Zav-ier) and love it such a great name that will grow well with him. From your list I also like Hudson and Carter.

the website you're looking for is Nymbler.com. it generates names it thinks you'll like based on putting in a few names you already know you like.

Nymbler is a good idea.

Also, when I made a list for DH, who didn't make a lot of suggestions, I put a LOT of names on there.  Basically I went through a baby name book and wrote down every name I thought I could stand to put on our son.  The one we ended up with (which I like just fine and everything) was not one I would have put in my top 10 just based on my own taste.  If your DH isn't going to make any suggestions, you may need to cast your net wider.

I really like Luca and Levi, and I think both sound great with Alexander.

I really like Levi, Cale, Luca, and Carter. Go to baby name wizard and type these in. It will give you a list of "sibling" names, which will be similar in style. I am constantly impressed by that site.

I went to that site and found these from some of your choices: Logan, Eli, Wyatt, Samuel (Sam), Benjamin (Ben), Max, Owen, Landon, Chase, Bryce, Noah

We got the baby name wizard book... I flipped through and highlighted all names I liked at all. DH then went through my choices and used another color to highlight the ones that he liked from my list. Then we had a short list to put in order. This may work for you guys too. We have an even smaller list for middles because we plan to only use family/meaningful names in the middle slot.
