I cant tell if my water broke!

I woke up this morning with a very noticeable dampness in the crotch of my shorts. I had back pain and mild cramping that went away when I changed positions. I have no real pain now but should I be concerned?  BTW I was due 2/21...todays my bday!

You would definitely be able to tell. You would feel constant gushes that makes you feel like you peed yourself every so often. Call your doctor or midwife to let them know. They'll probably have you go in just to make sure it did or didn't break. Good luck!
