Re: **2IF Grad Check-In**
I'm 31 weeks and doing well, although still dealing with headaches (and thanks everyone for your kind words at last week's check-in!). I haven't had any more "auras" since the three that hit on Tuesday, but this headache just keeps coming back and it's pretty bad at times. On OB's advice, I went ahead and bought a blood pressure monitor (only $28 at Walmart!) so I can make sure BP isn't an issue. Also a lot of BH contractions at times. But overall, I feel pretty good to be 31 weeks along.
We have our 32 week growth scan on Thursday and I am so excited to see her! I'm going to beg that they do the 3-D option. I measured 33cm at 30 weeks, so I expect she will be bigger than average.
QOTW: DS had terrible reflux and projectile vomiting until he was a year old. As an infant, he was on Zantac for a while and then Prilosec, but he still couldn't keep food down. He went from around 50th percentile on weight at birth to .75 (less than 1) percentile!. He was skin and bones and it was agonizing to watch my breast milk just get vomited up, then same thing with formula, even baby food. He was actually put on Prilosec again a year ago to help with ongoing stomach pain and digestive issues. I hope and pray this LO doesn't have to deal with that.

TTC #2 since October 2011
2IF issues
2)first official ultrasound Wednesday. But my OB snuck a peek today and we def have a heartbeat! Can't wait until Wednesday to get a better look
3)I haven't been nauseous for a fee days which has me worried but I am surely exhausted and have sore boobs.
4) I had PPD with DD, I'm hoping to avoid that. DD was a perfect baby so I have no complaints there. She STTN early, and was generally a good baby.
1. I am 6w,3 days, due October 18th
2. I had an ultrasound yesterday and we saw the heartbeat! It was 125 which the nurse said was good! I have another RE appt next Monday.
3. I have been trying to keep my anxiety under control and to stay positive. It is so hard not to worry though and I almost feel like I will jinx myself if I get too excited or start to plan.
4. I have a 19 month old son and we really didn't have any problems with him as an infant!
Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
It's about freakin time, @Jeffreysmom24!
Glad to see you over here.
1. How many weeks along are you? I'm 5w 5d today
2. Any medical updates (appointments, ultrasounds, tests/results, etc.)? No updates yet but I have an appointment this afternoon. Hoping for a ute-residing LO measuring right on track. A heartbeat would be amazing but I know chances are it's too early.
3. How are you feeling lately? Good. Boobs are a tiny bit sore but really only if I push on them to see if they hurt. I feel small waves of nausea but I have to be paying attention to notice them.
4. QOTW: What was the hardest thing you had to deal with when DS/DD was an infant, and you’re hoping it isn’t an issue (or glad to know it won’t be an issue) with this LO? DS was a really easy baby, so I would love to have another one like him. We did have so breastfeeding issues in the beginning but that was probably as much my fault as it was his since I was a newbie to the process too. Now that I know what I'm doing, I'm hoping I won't have to go through the same carnage as before with nursing.
