What do you know about autoimmune diseases? Info requested

I am currently being tested for autoimmune diseases. I went to check-in virtually for my appointment with Dr. KK this week and saw a list of diagnoses.

Blood coagulation disorder

Female reproductive system disorder

Infertility due to azoospermia

Disorder of connective tissue

Selective immunoglobulin A deficiency

Hyperprolactinemia

Congenital uterine anomaly

Female infertility

Hashimoto thyroiditis

Polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia

I knew about the azoo already- and at the testing I learned about some issues with my cervix and uterus which might go under 'congenital uterine anomaly'- and maybe my SERs in my eggs is listed under 'female reproductive disorder'? It's the highlighted ones I'm not really sure on. I am hoping to get my MRI results back soon for the hyperprolactinemia. Geesh- I can't even pronounce some of these.

If you know anything at all about the highlighted, please share. Thanks in advance

Gosh, that is a lot to take in!!! It does seem possible that the same problem could result in multiple checks, especially for the vague ones like "female infertility." I don't have any knowledge to share, but I did want to send you big hugs. Perhaps with all this info in hand you'll finally be successful.

IFinTN pretty muched summed it up... there are antibodies that are attacking your thyroid. It is usually genetic on your maternal line. It can be diagnosed through blood test and/or a sonogram of your thyroid.   Synthroid is the only thing prescribed and monitoring of your thyroid. It can make you feel pretty run down, gain weight, hair loss etc, cold/heat intolerance, etc.  People who have one auto-immune issue are more apt to have another one.  I have not been diagnosed with another one yet.   Not sure about the other ones! Thanks for the replies.

These are the disorders I came to the doctor with- not any of the ones she found. And its based on previous bloodwork prescribed by other doctors. I went to 2 rhuematologists and an endocrinologist because I know autoimmune runs in my family. They all said I was healthy. So it's just a little shocking that all of that is 'healthy'. 

I knew based on the bloodwork that something had to be up. I am really hoping that you are right @IFinTN that these are all just signs of one thing, instead of multiple things. It may very well be lupus since I haven't been able to go out into the sun since 2007 due to horrible skin reactions.

I go on Wednesday for my appoint. FX she doesn't find anything else.
