T&P'S please- update good news

I went in for my first appointment today. My pregnancy test came back negative there. I have had some cramping, but no bleeding. They had re tested it because I have had 3 positive home ones, the last one being about 5 days ago. He said to wait it out for a week but expects me to miscarry as I should of had a strong positive being that I should be roughly 7-8 weeks. This is going to be the longest week of my life. I feel so disappointed and sad.

Your guys thoughts and prayers must of worked because it seems as though it was an error on the nurses end, not sure if she mixed up pee or what exactly. I've never been so annoyed and happy in the same moment. Everything seems to be ok and they have drawn blood and booked an ultra sound to make sure everything is ok.
