  • oh, hush @courtandnate...you're doing great! :) It's going to be beautiful this weekend...we definitely need to run. Josh is working to we can break out the strollers.

    I'm thinking of rejoining WW online since we get 50% off through work.

    I'm in week 3 of p90x of my exercise craze and getting back into shape

    How much weight have you lost?? I'm really looking to tone up and get muscles back more then losing. I won't step on the scale just plan to tell by fit of my clothes


    How many times did you work out last week?
    6 days

    How are you staying motivated?? My wedding month knot group is on Facebook and we hold each other accountable with daily pics and workout plans


    Give us your favorite fit tip...I put the next days p90x video in the day before and hit play when I get home. Once it is on I have no excuse to not complete it!

  • @courtandnate on weekends I exercise during his nap, sometimes he takes a nap right when I get home from work so I get lucky but most of the time it's a struggle and he either sits on the the yoga mat and I work out around him or I try to distract him with his toys.

  • No idea on weight loss - scale is still hidden.  All my pants feel good, though!  My workout pants feel loose and my leggings were falling down at work the other day.

    I didn't work out at all during the week.  My last three weeks were so insane and I got to relax a bit this week.  We had friends visit from OOT as well.  I think I need to have one of you call me at 5:00 AM on Thursdays to get me out of bed.

    I did run nine miles on Saturday, though.  This is why I really need to walk twice a week and get to my Group Power class - those things make long runs easier!

    Motivation = ????  I don't have much right now.  Full time work + toddler + two graduate school classes is just overwhelming.
