Baby K'tan score

So there is a high end baby boutique in my town and they have a gently used section. Twice a year they have a bag sale. Everything is a dollar is you can fit it in the bag they provide(it's a decent size bag). So I went there to see what kind of stuff I could get at a great price. Well first thing I spot is a baby k'tan wrap. My friend is due in september and I know she has been talking about wanting to get a good quality wrap. So I scooped it up.

Score for me because I might use it until she is due!

So ladies who use a K'tan, please chime in with your review of it.

Are these easy to size? I'm a plus size momma and was curious about these and about ring slings.

DD wasn't a fan of it until we could do a different hold. She likes it now, but it's a little hard to do for extended periods of time because she is 15lbs.

We both love our k'tan more than any carrier... When it gets too stretched out I just pop it in the wash on hot then dry and it is nice and tight again. My LO is still only 11 lb and I am not looking forward to when she is too big for it. We use it daily.

Oh, and I bought a size smaller than the suggested size on the website per a friend's advice and was very glad I did.

LO is 18 lbs and i still carry him. Just started facing out for short periods and he loves it.

I wanted to love it, but wasn't ever able to make it work. But mine spits up a lot so when I tried to wrangle him there he would always puke on me and I got too fed up. Plus he's a huge baby so it was hard for me to hold him and get it on. I ended up with an ergo which works better for me. I have saved the k'tan for baby #2 though and will try it earlier! Congrats on the awesome deal!!
