WWYD? Daycare heated bottle but didn't use it

Help! I've tried searching to see if this was discussed but couldn't find anything, and I'm seeing mixed responses on line. When I got to daycare to pick up my little guy he was crying, and the teacher was going to give him his last bottle even though he had just eaten an hour before (he usually goes at least 2 hours between feedings). I got there before she offered it to him, she had just finished warming it up. I brought the extra bottle home. Can I put it back in the fridge and use it tomorrow or freeze it? My husband usually gives him a bottle in the evening, should we just use it then? I can't bear to think about dumping it. Thanks so much for any advice you can give!

I'm no expert, but we have offered a heated bottle at the next feeding (when LO didn't finish it).  We never had any problems. I would probably offer it at the feeding tonight. It should be fine.

Don't refreeze it.  As a nanny I re-heated bottles and it was never a problem, I would have your H give it to him tonight.
