DH and I really like Mila Grace (pronounced Mee-lah). I have been going
back and forth between Milena (Mil-eena), which is the full name for
Mila, or just naming her Mila. My great grandmother's name was Lena, so
it would be nice to give a nod to her. Grace comes from my dad's side of
the family.

Thoughts?
FWIW, DS's name is Cameron.
Re: Mila vs Milena as First Name
I like just Mila.
Milena is just OK for me.

Why don't you name her milena to honor your relative, but call her mila for short if you prefer it?
Milena just makes me think of Mirena, the IUD.
