If the Nose Frida works as effectively for adults? I've got the worst cold and I have definitely been eyeing the Nose Frida with the following thought: can I operate the Nose Frida on myself? And if I could, would I really get relief?

    Yeah, I could never bring myself to try it as the thought is disgusting, but I really would like some relief from this cold!!!

    I have def thought about it this week. I'm terribly congested. DH says there was no way he would do it to me. What a wuss.

    @doveyluvr -yes, I believe you're right. And yes, I have been blowing my nose. The thought was more of a hypothetical thought than me actually truly contemplating using it for myself. ;)

    I would use my neti pot and blow my nose over the nosefrida. If you tried to do it on yourself you might burst your eardrum from all the pressure.
