There is a maternity consignment store in Wyckoff, NJ. It is amazing. Stuff is gently used and priced well. There is also a website. Bump to Bump Maternity is the name. Check it out!!
I've gotten most of my work clothes at destination maternity. With the discounts from emails it's super affordable. I'm still on the hunt for nice work tops though. Isabella & Oliver is great but pricey so I only have 2 things from there. I want to try H&M maternity soon.
Thanks, everyone! I've been to Destination Maternity and after getting past the clingy salespeople, was able to find a few basics. Isabella & Olivier looks wonderful, but certainly pricey. Maybe just one or two critical work items.
I've heard H&M in Herald Square has a good selection, and also just received a coupon from Bump to Bump maternity. Perhaps time to check them out!
I was a big fan of gap maternity clothing. Whatever size you were pre-pregnancy is the size to choose. My closest was streets of Chester then Bridgewater. Goodluck!
There is a Motherhood Outlet at the Jersey Gardens outlet. I am an attorney whose office is business casual. I was able to find decent pants and nice sweaters to wear under jackets. Also, a few coworkers passed down maternity suits. Ask around to those coworkers with whom you are friendly. You never know!
I am so impressed by Motherhood Maternity's line at Destination Maternity in Paramus on Route 4. Their clothing is affordable and good quality and stylish too! I love the store there and the employees are very helpful. You can try on everything too which is nice!
