Quick breast milk question, I had 3 oz of frozen bm. I defrosted it in warm water and it's been at room temp for 4 hrs. DD only drank 1 oz. Can I put it in the refrigerator to use tomorrow or should I toss it? I'd give it to her tonight but my boobs feel like they are gonna explode if I don't nurse her. TIA

I don't think you can warm then refrigerate at least that's what I've read in the grand scheme of things it's probably fine but i would just toss it

I thought I'd have to toss it. Maybe I'll give it to her and pump tonight to save for our trip home (we're traveling). I hate to toss it

I always save leftover BM for the next feeding. It's liquid gold .

Well turns out my little piggy finished the bottle and then had some boob. I guess she didn't want to waste any bm either lol.
