Hi ladies,
Here's a quick run down on Olivia's journey. Was 1 day over her EDD on Sunday when at 10 pm contractions began. Was able to sleep through them for about 2-3 hours. By 1am, Sunday I was wide awake and headed to the hospital at 5:30 am. Contractions started becoming irregular but were becoming more intense. My nurse called my doctor who said that she would break my water if it didn't happen on it's own by noon. At 12:30 pm, water was broken and contractions became much more regular. At 3pm, the nurse said I wouldn't be pushing until probably 11pm. Was given an epidural at 4pm. Had another check at 6pm and baby was crowning. Doctor was called and Olivia was born vaginally on Feb. 10th at 7:07pm. She weighed in at 8lbs6oz. and measures 20 inches. She scored a 9 on her APGAR test and has been doing so great since her first breathe. DH and I couldn't be happier with our Rainbow.
A big TY to my LB ZAngel for her updates!
