Anyone been to Tennessee Reproductive Medicine?

We're gearing up to schedule our first RE visit. We think we've decided on TRM in Chattanooga. Does anyone have any experience with this clinic?

Me: 27 Dh: 35 Testing Begins 3/5/13
Six SA's show DH has low numbers across the board = severe MFI
Genetic testing for me = MTHFR+, also carrier for blood clotting disorder Otherwise all else normal
Dh's karotype= Normal!!

We're an hour and half away with an hours difference in the time zone, but I have some family who live about 30 minutes away if I needed to be closer for more regular monitoring.
Do you mind if I ask what treatment you guys used?
Judging by our numbers and my research alone, I'm pretty sure we'll have to do IVF with ICSI.
