Any success stories with < 10 follies at baseline?

I am probably jumping the gun (as usual) but I went in for my pre-op this AM and had the RE check my follie count at baseline for cycle #1 (September 2013).  It is exactly the same this time as it was last time.  9 follies total - 4 on the left and 5 on the right.  I was hoping for higher numbers this cycle.  Round 1 they retrieved 8, 5 matured and 4 fertilized.  Guess I can't expect much more than that this round.  Anyone have success in a similar situation?

I had about 4-5 on each side at my baseline. but after using the gonal and menopur my body produced more follie. (currently have over 20) Your RE may adjust your medication doses based on your response last time.

Had 7 at baseline, and finally 20 eggs retrieved.

@jasminetea2013 and @jaztaz1 - hhmmmm... I asked the RE if I will produce more with the meds and she said "probably not - maybe 1 or 2 but not 10".  fingers crossed I have the luck you girls did!

Any time I start to feel discouraged, leave it up to you girls to make me feel better!

I had an AFC of 7 ( my highest ever) at the beginning of my successful cycle. 7 were retrieved, 4 were mature and only 1 fertilized normally to become my son . He was born too early, but that's proof that it only takes 1!

There's plenty of reason to have hope !! GL !!
