I used to work with a younger girl who was trying to activate her debit card on the phone. I sat there for 10 min laughing because she couldn't find the "pound" sign. When she finally got mad I filled her in. Poor kid.

I think they were saying that then November would be the 12th month and December would cease to exists. I'm not sure lol.

This whole thing is so sad! I love the hashtag one. And the incest lady who is very confused. At least I hope.
