Question for traveling

For those who have traveled with LO: what type of water is ok to mix formula with while we are traveling? I was just planning to use powdered formula and mix with bottled water but I heard mixed things like you can use purified but not spring water, etc... We are flying. Normally I use nursery water at home but I'm not packing gallons of that in my suitcase and we are staying at a full service resort that I doubt will have nursery water in their store. Any suggestions??

I have used plain ole bottled water. Dasani, aquafina, etc.

I have used regular bottled water as well.

I just bought nursery water when I got there. For the plane I bought the ready to feed formula because I was afraid they would make me dump the water in the bottles since you can't go through security with open liquids. However, I had some formula already in a bottle & they didn't make me dump it so idk.

I took bottles with water in them through security. No issues on either flight. They just took them out and looked them over. You can take quite a bit when you have LO in tow.
