Please help me fix my signature!!!!!!!!

I did all of this once from my actual computer...and failed. Who wants to be super awesome wonderful and walk me slowwwwwwllllly through adding signature badges??? 

This is what I look like trying to do it all by myself.

I've had the same signature for almost two years. I tried changing it after the board update, but I still can't get it to take. Good luck!
