I agree with the water intake, your body will get used to it. I'm a big water drinker in general (even before I was pregnant I probably drank almost a gallon/day) but I've upped it and have been keeping track of it more lately. I get a ton of BH contractions and water seems to help. I keep a pitcher on my nightstand and try to drink some every time I roll over at night. It's a pain, but otherwise I have so many BH contractions at night that I start to worry. I still just pee maybe once/night though because I think all those years of drinking lots of water has given me a bladder of steel!

I do have a water bottle next to my bed. My luck with a pitched I'd dump it (I'm blind as a bat without my glasses/contacts).
