Hi all! We just found out we are expecting #2!

DH suggested Serena as a girl name (we have a 16 month old-Audrey Elise) . I like more "classic" feminine names.
I'm not in love but it is one we can agree on...it just makes me think of Serena Williams or Serena on Gossip Girl.

What do you think??

I think it's a very pretty, feminine, "serene" name. I mean that sincerely, I'm not being a cheesecake with the "serene" comment.

My DH also came up with Serena out of the blue! I told him the same thing- tennis and Gossip Girl. However, it's starting to grow on me and it seems like other people think it's pretty too.

Showing my age again, but I see the "evil" twin from Bewitched and can't get past that image. I prefer Sabrina. I know it's not the same, but I think Celeste has the same feel and would be nice with Audrey.

I like Serena, no issues with it. I've never seen Gossip Girl though (I know, take away my girl card.). I watch tennis pretty regularly and still probably wouldn't associate it with Serena Williams.
