Best Hogue OB for VBAC/Natural Birth?

Hello ladies. I am looking for recommendations for an OB who is an advocate for natural birth and VBAC that works at Hogue in Newport Beach.
I had a non-emergent Cesarean at Hogue two years ago as a transfer from South Coast Midwifery. Several friends have recommended Dr. Gigi Kroll, I liked her bedside manner, but have seen online reviews that site delayed appointments, weak postpartum follow-up and a too-busy practice/low attendance rate for her patients' births. Any recommendations?
