For those of you struggling to do the planks. Start on your toes and when you can't go any longer, drop to your knees. I was able to do 1.5 minutes yesterday by doing this.
Today is the 16th day of our 30 day challenge. We have 2 challenges going, but it's your choice whether you do both or just 1.
Plank - 2 minutes Sit Ups - 25 Crunches - 35 Squats - 45 Push Ups - 24 (not apart of either challenge, but several people are doing them)
Let us know how you did. I know I do better when I hold myself accountable in front of others.

As soon as I can get this 5 mo old preemie who is going through the 4 MW & a GS off of my boob and out of my arms for 10 mins, I'll get the challenge done! It'll probably be later this evening.
Done! I only did a 1 min plank though bc I'm having bad back pain today. I didn't want to aggravate it further. I've had a lumbar disc fusion and it's rainy and cold here today so I'm quite certain that's the culprit.
