I've been on Zoloft for about 10 years, no joke. This pregnancy I took phenegran at the start for severe nausea. I was only ever able to take half a pill at once because I'm a light weight and a whole pill made me pass out. I'm not sure what you're concerned about with taking them together but as far as I know it's fine. You can always ask your pharmacist. Mine told me it was fine and that phenegran is basically a glorified antihistamine
I've had horrible nausea, and my doctor prescribed the disentigrating zofran tablets, phenergan wrist cream, AND 25 mg phenergan tablets... Honestly, sometimes NONE of it helped, but now that I'm in my 2nd tri, I take the zofran for daytime nausea and the phenergan tablets to help me get through the night without puking. Both my doctor and pharmacist assured me these medications are safe... Good luck!
