For those of you struggling to do the planks. Start on your toes and when you can't go any longer, drop to your knees. I was able to do 1.5 minutes yesterday by doing this.
Today is the 14th day of our 30 day challenge. We have 2 challenges going, but it's your choice whether you do both or just 1.
Plank - 1.5 minutes Sit Ups - 10 Crunches - 10 Squats - 10 Push Ups - 10 (not apart of either challenge, but several people are doing them)
Let us know how you did. I know I do better when I hold myself accountable in front of others.

The plank was easier today. For some reason, for the last few days, the sit-ups have been hard for me. It seems that it should be the other way around...
Since I accidentally did the 10s yesterday, I did 5 of everything, today. Except crunches, I did 15 of those. And: 1m plank + a 20s plank. Also baby dancing cardio alllll day!
