Just curious is anyone noticing a difference in their abs yet. I think my pooch is not sticking out quite as much!
For those of you struggling to do the planks. Start on your toes and when you can't go any longer, drop to your knees. I was able to do 1.5 minutes yesterday by doing this. Although today is a rest day. I'll write the reminder again too.
Today is the 13th day of our 30 day challenge. We have 2 challenges going, but it's your choice whether you do both or just 1.
What an easy day! Plank - day of rest Sit Ups - 5 Crunches - 5 Squats - 5 Push Ups - 5 (not apart of either challenge, but several people are doing them)
Let us know how you did. I know I do better when I hold myself accountable in front of others.
Anyone can jump in if they like just let me know.
Here are all our participants. I'm gonna do a call out to each one of you as a reminder
I'm probably missing names. Let me know if I missed ya, or misspelled your name.
@jaycarmexlo Thanks I fixed it. I am wondering about the skin as well. So far it seems to have gone back with the pooch. We are really talking about a small change, but Im happy for any change. Now if I could just lose some pounds on top of that.
I just have stretch marks in terms of skin changes that I would like to see, so..I'm hoping for a miracle lol
They will fade with time. I got horrible stretch marks thru puberty. So bad I didn't barely get any with pregnancy. Basically I got red dots at the bottom and the top of all my old stretch marks. I look like a leopard ::sigh::
Woot for no planks. Thanks for the tip- I have been dropping to my knees To rest / didn't think that was a variation of the pose.
As of yesterday I printed out the food guide for breastfeeding women and logged my food in an effort to be smarter about what gets shoveled in my mouth and to be healthier while breast feeding. I'm hoping that will help my chubb.

What is this you speak of? Link please?
@Jalee85 thanks for the plank tip! I'm deft gonna try that next time.
I've noticed a bit of a difference. I can't really do the sit ups properly so I half ass do them and I double the crunches and do leg lifts. Today is sooo easy after the past few days. Done and Done. The resting part was especially easy!
I missed a couple days, so did 1 min plank today and 35 sit-ups. I even got DH to do them with me, not that that it's a challenge for him since he works out everyday, but it still feels good to do it together! I definitely feel tighter and not so wiggly-jiggly since we started this challenge!
