Milestone and PGAL Brain (salsawifey)

Today marks 6 weeks, 4 days. I'm officially past my previous losses.  I started out this pregnancy feeling very confident that everything is okay but now my PGAL brain has kicked in.  Please help me out.

So, here is where my brain is. I'm on Pregesterone Supposities twice a day, I have sore boobs and sore nipples, some cramping that is usually followed by gas and then disappears, I get hungry but never really full, my nasel passages and my eyes are drier than normal (I have Sjogrens Syndrome), I'm more tired at night than normal and I'm bloated at night... all of which I can explain away by environmental or side effects of Progesterone. I'm worried because I can't feel a bump. I know... it's very early but I feel like I should feel a difference when I lie flat on my back. I just want a ute-cam so I can see if there is a baby growing in there. My first appt isn't until Feb 17. I talked to my nurse who I feel gave me some false hope by saying that if my pregnancy test was still positive then I'm still pregnant. I know she was just trying to reassure me.

So ladies that are around 6ish weeks, be honest, can you feel any bump yet?  Share your symptoms.

[/RA with Sjogren's Syndrome. Risk of heart block in newborn. Age: DH and I are both 38.
BFP #1: 11/25/2007, EDD 7/28/2008 - Missed m/c (blighted ovum) 12/6/2007 6w3d, D&C 1/3/2008.
BFP #2: 4/2008 - Natural m/c at 6w.
Met with RE in 5/2008 full cycle analysis and SA normal. Not considered high risk for blood clots but prescribed 1 baby aspirin a day precautionary during TTC and Progesterone suppositories during 1st trimester of pregnancy.
BFP #3: 10/17/2008. EDD 6/23/2009,  Third time's the charm! Healthy baby boy born 6/27/2009 via emergency c-section.
BFP #4: 6/14/2011. Healthy baby boy born 2/16/2012 via elective c-section.
BFP #5: 1/15/2014. EDD 9/22/2014. 2/17/14:.We have a BABY!!! Heart rate 167 and measuring on time. 3/10/14 u/s #2 baby measuring perfectly at 12 weeks at heart rate of 166. NT u/s was normal. Maternit21 blood draw on 3/5/14. Results back on 3/19 - Normal.  It's a BOY!!!  4/10/14 at 16 weeks, 3 days discovered baby's heart stopped at 15 weeks, 6 days. D&C 4/11/14.  Pathology results were all normal.  New information on 8/11/14 - blood test revealed 1/3 of babys blood was in mine caused, most likely, by a tear in the placenta from extreme coughing.  Doctor believes this to be the cause of death.  Repeat D&C and Hysteroscopy scheduled for 8/19/14.  My Chart

    ((Hugs)) it is way too early to feel as bump your uterus is still very small. I am 8weeks and no sign of a bump yet. Are you getting betas drawn? They helped me before my u/s.I hope your pgal brain eases soon

    I definitely didn't feel a bump that early. This is my second baby, and I was thinking I'd show sooner and be able to feel my uterus pop out of the pelvis sooner, but honestly, this has been less obvious and taken longer to pop out than with DS. Also, I was on progesterone during first tri with this one as well, and honestly, I just felt really tired and my boobs were sore and that was absolutely IT. It really messed with me. I kept seeing others post about feeling their uterus around 9-10 weeks and I still couldn't. So I think it's still a little too early.

    Thanks ladies... I know how stupid it sounds, especially when I've had 2 rainbows already. My PGAL brain throws all knowledge and common sense out the window sometimes. I sound like a BOTB poster!

    No beta's for me. I used the Clearblue Advanced though and it was accurate with where I was in pregnancy. I know it's not the same as beta's but it made me feel better.

    I am 13 weeks and still can't really feel a bump. Maybe, kinda, sorta. (I am tall, so I think I have a little extra room anyway.)

    It's early! PGaL brain is the worst, but it helps to repeat some mantras to yourself. One of my current ones is "There's no reason why I can't have a healthy baby when so many healthy babies are born every day."

    (Hugs) i dont have much advice. I am coming up on the time I mmc and I can't help but panic. These next 4 weeks for me are going to seem like forever. I try to remind myself to take it one day at a time.

    TTC since 7/10, BFP#1~6/28/11(4wks2d)~EDD 3/4/12, missed m/c(8wks)~8/12/11, D&C~8/16/11
    BFP#2~12/15/11~EDD 8/25/12, Hannah born 8/22/12~ 7lbs 10oz & 21 in. long. :)

    BFP#3~1/12/14~EDD 9/23/14, Found out baby is a girl!~4/18/14 :)
