The name Elsa. I am sure it will become oober popular because of the movie Frozen. If I was having a girl I would use it!

I think it's gorgeous! I like it so much better then Ella or Emma. Interesting about your Facebook feed. I have had Charlie, Caden, Eiley, Stan, Konner, Karson (girl)... But nothing really good lately.

I really like it. I do think that Frozen will boost its popularity. I'd rather hear 100 little Elsa babies over 100 little Jayden/Aiden/Hayden babies!

I'm not really a big fan of it, but I do think the Frozen might cause a spike in popularity. I hear it on a lot on this board too.

I'm not sure if it will spike, but if you are worried about popularity, you may want to consider Elke, which is similar in sound/feel but not nearly as popular.

My 7 yr old dd informed me this morning that she will be changing her name to Elsa when she turns 18, AND naming her daughter Elsa. I definitely think Frozen is bringing Elsa into the spotlight. It's a nice name though, so if you don't mind people saying "Oh, like Frozen!" use it!
