I suppose I will update you all on my progress for the hopeful hearts.  I had my baseline sono yesterday and all looks well, we will start Lupron on Wednesday.  My favorite nurse did my sono and she was telling me I should put bak 2 this time cause as much as she loves seeing me she wants me to move on.  I really appreciate comments like that and it shows me how much they care. 

QOTD:  I would meet... gosh this is hard!!  lol.  Well my inital response was Aaron Rodgers from the Greenbay Packers, but I feel like that would be a really wasted opportunity, and I should meet someone more profound... but not sure who.

Transfer is scheduled for tomorrow at 12:30. 

As of yesterday morning all 8 embryos were still growing and 7 or the 8 had the right number of cells (4 had 7 cells and 3 had 8 cells).  My big worry right now is that 4 of the 7 were given my clinics poorest grade.  I know a lot can change between day 3 and 5, so I am trying not to worry too much about the grading.  We had a grade 2 embryo become a grade 1 blast last cycle.

I won't receive anymore updates on my embryos until transfer tomorrow.  The only reason the clinic will call tomorrow is to either cancel our transfer because we have no viable embryos, or push us back to a day 6 transfer if it looks like our embryos need an extra day.  So I am hoping right now that I don't get any phone calls from the clinic for the next. 27 hours!

QOTD:  This is a hard one, I'll think on it and update if I come up with someone.

AFM I am patiently waiting for my beta next Monday.  One minute I am sure this had to work and the next I am completely convinced it didn't.  I had pretty intense cramping yesterday and today which makes me think I might start bleeding before beta day.  Or implantation?  I have no clue.  I wish I was actually working more this week cause I now just sit and think about the "what ifs".

I'm still trucking through the 2WW. Plenty of symptoms that could be meds related, pregnancy related, or remanence of the frozen pizza we ate last night for dinner. I've talked myself off the HPT cliff a few times already. Just keep swimming... beta or bust!

QOTD: My paternal granfather died before I was born and I would really like to get the chance to meet him.

Hi ladies!  I am currently 5dp3dt....and I am driving myself completely nuts. This is without a doubt the longest, most anxiety filled 2ww ever. At times I am hopeful and then I get down and really sad. I have had some cramping/"pulling" sensations. I don't know if I'm the only one, but the progesterone shot is making me nauseated with some vomiting most mornings. I am still debating whether or not to POAS at all in a few days or just wait until my beta a week from tomorrow.

I am in the same boat, 2ww wait-wise. I am trying not to pee on sticks! I literally had a 15 minute conversation with myself in the car today about why I should or shouldn't stop at Target to buy epts! My beta is Friday. I still don't know if I will test or not before then. Gah, control freak tendencies coming on full blast!! Thinking of you all and sending many positive vibes out to the Snowdrops!

ET is scheduled for Friday.... I have been staying abnormally calm about this whole thing but am anxious to finish it out. I started PIO yesterday and it wasnt as bad as I thought. I did however mess up and tell my DH the wrong amount and had to have him shoot me twice... oh well I'll never make that mistake again!

I've had a rough couple of days... It must be the progesterone because one second I feel hopeful and the next the world is ending and I just stare at the wall. I had really bad cramping a couple of days ago which I convinced myself was both implantation and my body rejecting the embryos. So, yeah. I am firmly aboard the crazy/hormonally messed up train. At this point I am just ready for an answer on Friday. It's been a long month!

QOTD: I'm not really sure. Plus I don't think anyone wants to be around me right now! Living or dead! Lol.

Hi Snowdrops!  Still in the two week wait over here as well.  Beta on Monday.  I will probably POAS this weekend so I have some idea of the outcome (as I am having to wait 19 days between ER and Beta -  Grr!).  Also, I hate getting called with the Beta result at work - I would rather learn from the stick if it didn't work and be able to process it over the weekend. 

QOTD:  I have no idea.  Probably my Granddad who passed away 10 years ago.  He would have loved my DH.

Hi! I just joined yesterday, so didn't sign up earlier, but I started my first IVF cycle in Jan and had my ET on 1/22 and my beta is scheduled for 2/3. I feel almost the same as @BankerBSN! I'm very anxious for it and while I had been very hopeful now I'm less optimistic because suddenly I don't "feel" any different- it seems like I've adapted to the Estrace and Endometrin and aren't having the side-effects I had been having. I occasionally have mild cramping but I'm starting to make myself a little nuts.

Still pushing through the 2ww, beta Friday.  I'm with all you ladies in the 2ww, I'm emotional, bipolar with thinking it worked and no way it worked, and over analyzing everything.  I pretty much have constant cramps.....that worries me....but maybe that's normal (here I go again)

I'm 6dp5dt. Still showing positives on FRER. I bought two digitals but am too scared to use them. I bought a pack of digitals and two packs of FRERs, and the girl at the checkout (who looked all of 18) goes, "so are you going to use all those?" I was like, "possibly??" I didn't even understand why she asked that. Then she said, "well, everyone is different.." Wut???

Anyway, since 4sp5dt, the tests have been getting darker each day.. Beta isn't until Friday. Feels like forever!!!

And I'd like to meet the Beat poets and hang out with Kerouac and the crew.

Hello!  

Today's 1st beta for IVF #2 came in at 209!  We are pregnant!  Cautiously hopeful and have a repeat beta on Thursday to check for doubling.  Still crying and smiling....

SO happy and rooting for all of the January Snowdrops!  

Good luck to our transfer friends tomorrow!  ((((HUGS)))) to those who need them!

@BankerBSN - I'd trade this train ride for an ass massage any day! I just read your check in reply and it's eerily similar to mine. A week ago we were making jokes and now I'm ready to stab the cotton ball sheep repeatedly.

@Aurora1181 I was crazy when my first beta came back low during my c/p. I went to the store and bought 2 or 3 boxes of FRERs and a box of digis, so I could pee on things all weekend waiting for my second beta on Monday (my clinic won't order betas on the weekend). The young girl at the check out was like " Wow those are really expensive." I was like "not as expensive as IVF."

Ha @Geordie314. At ER my RE asked how I was doing when I walked into the procedure room and I told him I was in a Valium fog, which got a chuckle. It's my favorite part of ER and ET, although I don't remember being loopy at transfer last cycle, maybe it's because I can't eat anything before ER?

Anyway, glad to hear that your transfer went well!

Hey Snowdrops!

I'm on the PUPO crazy train with many of you. My beta is scheduled for Sunday. I haven't committed to "beta or bust," but DH thinks that sounds lovely. I might be able to get a Saturday night out of him, but at that point I might as well look tough and wait it out. At least that's what I am telling myself.

I have been a bit crampy, but no other real or fake symptoms to analyze.

Hi Snowdrops. I'm 8dp2dt and I'm trying to stay positive but just don't know anything other than a BFN. I had my progesterone tested as I was worried that I wasn't absorbing my progesterone pessaries and it came back at 10.6. That seemed low to me but the nurse said it was fine. I read that pessaries aren't absorbed into the bloodstream in the same way as other medications. My bloating has come down and I have zero symptoms. I don't know whether those who have got BFP's felt anything different in the 2WW? I hope so much this is our cycle and I wish I could feel more hopeful. Blah I hate feeling so flat...

And our BFP list is getting longer!  Contrats to the newest addition to the list @mmhopeful!  I am really happy and excited for you.

I'll update here too. We transferred 2 blasts today! One was a grade 1 expanded blast and one was a grade 2 early blast. Right now it doesn't look like we'll have anything to freeze, but We were just ecstatic to have two good blasts to transfer.   My RE was pleased with our embryos.

I'm on modified bed rest for the rest of the day and I think I will work from home tomorrow as well.  Right now I am enjoying being PUPO!

Hi ladies!  Sorry I'm so late this week but I was on travel for my job.

We got our PGD test results yesterday and all three of our blastocysts are chromosomally normal!  I'm thrilled and really hoping we have a miracle baby in the group.  We are doing another retreival in February so we likely won't have a transfer until March but I'm so relieved.

@CallaLily30 3 normal blasts is awesome!  I hope you can add to them in February!
