S/O Blw- old video of DD1's first food

Since there has been so much talk about how BLW works, I thought I would give the link to our video.

So this is DD1's first real BLW attempt at eating. This is maybe a week before 6 months. She was showing all the signs of readiness. She is eating a tomato slice that was from a cucumber and tomato vinegar salad.

Anyone else have some awesome BLW videos or pics.

They weren't even waiting for it to hit the floor. The dog tongues licking the side of the tray is so gross. That was the first and only night they were allowed in the dining room.

My girls have shown minor skin reaction to strawberries but they outgrow it by 1 yr old.

We taped a bunch of her and DD2s first meals. They were just too entertaining not to.

We have another from like a week later of her eating asparagus. It shows her gagging and us fixing it. It's a good example of how gagging is different from chocking.

I would love to see the gagging video, as that's one of my fears re: BLW.

Nope. Turns out the stinky pee is actually genetic. Not everyone has it. Our family eats A LOT of aspargus when it's in season, and we've never had any stinkiness.
