I just want to raise a red flag for anyone trying to decide to either get a RE or change , please DO NOT go to them , they are rude , zero communication , nurses don't answer the phones everything is via voice message , they get back to you after a long time , they just don't care. Women in our shoes don't only need someone to make us feel like we are well taken care of we want communication , make us feel like we are doing this right , if I ask a million times if I should be doing something regarding my treatment all I want is reassurance not someone that will get annoyed by my questions and will not get back to me ASAP , I understand that they run a business and I am not the only one they attent to but We all pay a lot of money at least have the curtesy of returning my phone calls , so please if you want to save yourself a headache don't even consider going to them.

If I may add a comment to this...CRM is actually my RE and its because of my 3rd IUI there that I am now pregnant. I can agree that it does seem to take forever for them to call you back and the nurses aren't the greatest. That being said I love my doctor there. Dr. Sejal Petal was amazing to me throughout my whole journey. So just know sometimes there may be a wait to be seen and the nurses aren't always the best but I did happen to get my BFP with them. I am so happy for you , BFP is what we all want our happily ever after and when there is people that listen to you and understand and are compassionate it makes this roller coaster a bit easier , I loved Dr. Loy he was so sweet but like I said before I only got to see or talk to him a few times most times my contact was the nasty staff he has. Again CONGRATS on you BFP !!!!
