Turn on your iPod. Music can take you anywhere you want to go, from a tropical beach to a spa to a nightclub. In only 10 minutes, you can listen to a couple of your favorite songs and transport yourself. Listening to music that makes you happy will put you in a good mood and give you a burst of energy (or help you relax!). Make a 10-minute playlist to help pump you up when you’re feeling overwhelmed.
