I love this drink, it boosts my energy anytime of day, is super yummy, and due to MSPI it's the perfect way to feel like I can have a little chocolate in my life

I buy a bunch of bananas, peel them, half them, and store them in the freezer. In a blender add 1 1/2 banana and 1 1/2 cup of chocolate almond milk...BLEND. You've got yourself a little healthy pick me up. It's great after a work out because of it's frozen goodness. Just wanted to share! I'd love to hear any other little quick snacks that are favorites!
Re: helpful energy boost
Seriously - an energy drink that (as far as I have been able to research) is okay for BF'ing. I drink it every morning as I don't like coffee. Mandarin orange is my fave closely followed by mango strawberry.

It sure does
ETA comparison at bottom of image. Not that different than drinking Starbucks.
But I have had co-workers who drank it like crazy during the day and thought it was just amazing and "all natural," and were shocked to find out it had caffeine and was the cause of their sleepless nights
Is there a "safe" way to use products like this?
But caffeine stays in infants' bloodstreams for a super long time--like 16 hours. So maybe try a smaller dose in the morning and it would be worn off by bedtime?
But if you are not a usual caffeine drinker, it may take a few days for your baby to get used to a new caffeine consumption
I also make the peanut butter in between two slices of banana sandwich and freeze them, I saw it in Pinterest and it's a winner.
Andddd because my mom always did this when we were growing up I freeze green grapes as a snack.
I guess I like frozen stuff?
