    How much weight did you lose?
    I lost 1 lb since last week and 4.2 lbs total.  The only reason I lost weight this week was because I got really sick.

    What was your biggest accomplishment/struggle?
    Didn't have any accomplishments or struggles this week.  Only worked out on Tuesday because I got so sick.  I'm finally recovering so my husband and I will start back up with working out next week.

    Plan for next week?
    Calorie counting and working out every weekday.

    Helpful weight loss tips?
    Don't eat junk. :)

  • How much weight did you lose? Down 12 lbs. And noticing toning areas :)

    What was your biggest accomplishment/struggle? Eating junk at night. I am so good all day then at night I crave everything bad.

    Plan for next week? Meal planning and upping weights.

    Helpful weight loss tips? Drink lots of water. I'm at a gallon a day and you notice after 3 days major differences.

    How much weight did you lose?
    I plee the 5th!  I'm not sure since my weigh-ins are on Monday.  After this crummy week I was not about to weigh myself on a Friday!  But I will say that last Friday I was frustrated because I weighed myself and had not lost anything!  Yet when I weighed my on Monday I was down 2 more lbs!  So that verified Monday are better weigh-ins days for me.  So I'm down a total of 4 lbs after 2 weeks!
     
    What was your biggest accomplishment/struggle?
    I'm with @CourtandNate !  This silly snow kept me inside for a few days.  I went into hybernation mode and ate ALOT!
     
    Plan for next week?
    Stop hybernating.  Get back on track and stay on track!
     
    Helpful weight loss tips?
    I find I have my best luck when I track my food, water, and exercize (weather it be with weight watchers or myplate or any other app).

    Got pregnant on our own without Fertility Treatments - January 2016!  Thank you snow storm Jonas!
    EDD 10/15/16
    At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid.  Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth.  If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP.  My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!

  • How much weight did you lose?
    Close to 5 pounds. But it's my first week and last week I had AF.

    What was your biggest accomplishment/struggle?
    Accomplishment was tracking my calories. Struggle was eating out! We went to panera on Monday to sure and read while dd went to daycare for a bit and I had OVER my allotted 1200 calories in one sitting! Stupid hot chocolate.

    Plan for next week?
    Stay away from panera.

  • How much weight did you lose?  Still no idea - scale is still hidden in the basement.  I don't feel any different, but my jeans have been looser the last two Fridays.  (Friday jeans day at work is the only time I ever wear jeans.)

    What was your biggest accomplishment/struggle?  I'm getting back into running, and I did a five mile run in the snow last Saturday!  I was very proud of myself.  Also, this week has been incredibly stressful but I haven't been eating my feelings.  In fact, I've probably eaten less than I should.  (Made up for that by going out to dinner tonight.  I didn't pig out - in fact, I was very conservative - but it was still restaurant food.)  I also made it to the gym to walk once, and did the 30DS DVD at home once.  My life should calm down a bit next week.

    Plan for next week?  Tomorrow I was supposed to run 6 miles with my group, but it got cancelled due to weather.  I will probably go to the gym and walk or maybe do a class.  If the weather is good Sunday I will probably go run a few miles by myself.  I need to do an early morning gym visit one day a week because I want to go more often but cannot squeeze in evening visits with all the work my principal expects me to do in the evenings.

    Helpful weight loss tips?  No.  I'm starting to think that my body after baby is not capable of losing weight.  It's not cable of having a functional back or hips, hair that looks good, or a face that isn't covered in acne, either.
  • Sounds like a lot of us are snowed in!

    Anyone want to recommend a good workout DVD that gets you to break a sweat, only takes 30 minutes, and requires no equipment?

    I like the 30 Day Shred, but I would like another DVD for days when I cannot get to the gym.
