First Birthday Jitters...

Good afternoon!!

So my son's 1st Birthday is on Monday ****tear**** and his party is on Saturday. I don't know why but I'm so nervous! Like I'm about to walk down aisle nervous! I just hope the kids will be entertained and enjoy themselves and the weather will cooperate. I have NO experience in throwing parties for kids but we got a jumper and we're going to have an arts and crafts table. Any other last minute tips or ideas? How did you LO's first party go?

    Sounds like you are throwing an awesome party! My son turns one on Monday too!! I have first birthday party jitters too!!

    For our daughter's party last week we had an arts & crafts table too. Plus my sister-in-law did face painting! Huge hit! The kids had a blast! Everything will be fine!

    Yay for Arts and Crafts tables!  We had one at DS's party this last weekend, too.  I was also strangely nervous, lol.  I was so worried about the food.  That there would be enough and that it would be good (we hired a taco man).  

    I just posted the pictures in my blog, which is in my siggy, if you want to see pics.  The arts and crafts were a hit.

    dx PCOS in May 2010, begin metformin
    Two failed clomid cycles (made lining too thin)
    Started acupuncture while saving for IVF in Sept 2011
    Add herbal infusions to the mix in Dec 2011
    Hoping holistic approach works!!!

    Meepy Man born on Jan 2013 - Hip Hip Hurray!

    Ready to start ttc #2 April 2013, but plan to be an extended BF'er
    Back on metformin Aug 2013
    Restart herbal infusions Sept 2013 - currently drinking nettle, oatstraw, and red raspberry leaf
    DS weaned in April 2014
    Taking a break from herbs and just riding the healthy train.  
    Planning medicated cycle end of summer.  FX I get KU before then!!!
