If you have a picky eater on your hands

What is the one thing they will actually eat? I have a picky eater and it's driving me crazy. Would love recipes or blog suggestions if you have them as well!

I don't have a picky eater but we love the blog https://mylovelylittlelunchbox.com

I make this https://mylovelylittlelunchbox.com/2013/09/30/blueberry-banana-bread/ with different types of fruit [strawberry + banana, mango + chocolate chips, carrot + apple] for breakfast. I make this as muffins instead of a loaf, freeze them and let them defrost overnight.

I also make this https://mylovelylittlelunchbox.com/2013/08/12/pumpkin-bacon-feta-impossible-pie/ the same way, in a muffin tin and freeze it then let it defrost for her to eat for lunch.

I make a bean, garlic, cheese, bread crumb "hamburger" for DD often for dinner. I added some cous cous last time & I've made them including a vegetable puree occasionally too.

My nephew is a huge pucky eater and my SIL started hiding veggies in smoothies, muffins, and biscuits. It worked like a charm! She even did it for my BIL because he also does not eat many veggies.

DS has gotten better in the past few weeks but he will ALWAYS eat bread and purees.  So I started feeding him a variety of things IN bread-like things:  hummus inside mini-pitas, cheese toast (he still won't pick up plain cheese), spinach/veggie quesadillas.  After this, he became more willing to pick up foods that, in the past, have mainly gotten dropped down onto the waiting dog.

Today he actually picked up and ate pieces of sausage (at breakfast) and chicken (at lunch).
