Marginal Placenta Previa

Has anyone had partial previa and had it move up? If so, around when did it move out of the way?  Last week at 23 weeks I was told it was marginal and still had time to move up.  I am not as worried about a csection as I am about any potential bleeding.  Even though I would love to have a vaginal birth ( as I did with my son).

I had a complete previa that moved by 30 or 31 weeks, when I was told I was a candidate for a vaginal birth. I ended up needing a c-section but for reasons unrelated to the previa. So you have lots of time for it to move!

Thanks!  That is reassuring!   Even though I also know that other circumstances could still lead me to end up with a c-section.  I just want one less thing to be concerned about!

I had marginal which unfortunately turned to complete previa. I had bleeding about 6 weeks ago which is how I found out it was complete and which ultimately lead me to hospital bedrest where I remain at 32 weeks. I think it is rare for it to move downwards so the odds are in your favor it will move upwards but wanted to give you my experience. Good luck and keep us updated.
