Cramping/bloating after sex??

I'm just 4 weeks pregnant, and we had sex last night for the first time since we got a positive test, and I had Terrible cramping afterwards! It wasn't like AF cramps, more like bloated type cramps, it almost felt like if I were to burp I would feel better. It subsided on its own after about half an hour, but, as this is my first pregnancy, I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? There was no pain during sex, and no bleeding during or after, so I'm not overly concerned, and it's something that I'll bring up with my midwife at our first appointment, but I do wonder if this has happened to anyone else? Thanks!!

My nurse said that you can have some contractions/pain after/during intercourse and it is normal. I hope all going well for you!

I've seen it mentioned in some of the pregnancy books I'm reading, which was the only thing that kept me from freaking out when it happened to me! As long as there's no blood you should be fine. (according to my reading)
