Wrinkle creams that are safe for pregnancy?

I'm approximately 10 weeks & I have my first OB appointment on Tuesday. I know that Botox is a no no but does anyone know of any wrinkle creams that have been ok'd by their dr? I'd like to purchase a couple and bring them to my appointment so my doctor can advise after reading the ingredients and suggested application frequencies. Thanks!!

I have read that retinoids are not good to use during pregnancy, but I have no idea how valid that information is, so don't trust that I'm correct.
